• If you get the error "Sorry, we do not ship to this location." or " Sorry, we do not ship this weight." - Pls email us and we will make the invoice and email you back. We will then get bulk rates for your location and make it online.

• This shopping cart has been specially designed for wholesalers. Shipping cost per KG goes down as the weight increases as more Abaya's are ordered. Pls refer to the Shipping Charges page for detailed rates.

• The total invoice must contain - Total Item Cost, Shipping Cost and Online Payment Charge. If you do not see the Shipping Cost, then please do not go ahead with the order online. Email us your order and we will process it.

• We always recommend purchasing the Abaya's in the same default cloth mentioned in each item's description. All Abaya's come with matching Sheila's.

• Please input your your full name, full address with zip code and phone no. correctly while filling out shipping and billing details online. Incomplete orders will not be processed and can lead to delay in shipment.

• At the moment we accept credit cards, PayPal, direct bank transfers and western union money transfer. However, for instant order we recommend using PayPal for our online shopping cart. The Online Payment Charge applied to online shopping is the 5% which we charge for payment through PayPal and Credit Cards. If making payment through Direct Bank Transfer or Western Union transfer, please deduct the 5% Online Payment Charge from the total and send the payment.
